Job Description:
As a Computer Operator, you will be responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of computer systems and networks. Your primary duty will be to monitor computer hardware systems, network performance, and ensure that all systems are running smoothly. Additionally, you will be tasked with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing routine maintenance tasks, and providing technical support to users as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
1 Monitor System Performance: Keep a close eye on computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and identify any issues or potential bottlenecks.
2 Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve hardware and software problems promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions to operations.

4 Technical Support: Provide assistance and support to users experiencing technical difficulties, either remotely or in person, and guide them through troubleshooting steps.

6 Security Management: Implement and adhere to security protocols to safeguard data, networks, and systems from potential threats or breaches.
